Alterations to existing staffroom to form new teaching and function rooms

Our objective was to provide a full turn key refurbishment project which involved the division of space using an operable wall system to form new teaching and function rooms and installing a new structural steel support across the room, spanning 6 metres

Scope of Works

• Acoustic operable wall system
• Electrical – intruder alarm, smoke detection, power and lighting
• Carpet tiles
• Decoration throughout
• Kitchenette facility
• Plumbing works

The work was carried out by our own skilled workforce, and project-managed in house by Company Image, ensuring consistency throughout the project.

The result was a layout which satisfied all the necessary criteria set by the College.  Our attention to detail and ability to solve problems meant we were able to deliver an exceptional standard of work within budget set and timescale given, critical for educational establishments.
