What affects the cost?
Things that move the figure up or down include:
- The amount of partitioning, glazing and joinery involved
- Mechanical and electrical work – lighting, power, data and air conditioning
- Flooring, ceilings and decoration
- Any furniture, and the overall level of finish you choose
Refresh, refurbishment or full fit-out?
A refresh might be little more than new decoration and flooring. A refurbishment usually reconfigures the layout and updates services while you stay in the building.
