Do you offer a free site visit?

Yes. We’ll come out, take a look at your space and talk through what you need before putting a quote together. There’s no charge and no obligation.

Will you work around our business?

Almost always. We’re used to phasing projects so you can keep trading or operating, and scheduling the noisier or more disruptive work for evenings, weekends or quieter periods where it helps.

Can you handle the whole project, or just part of it?

Either. Some clients hand us the entire job from design to completion; others bring us in for a single element such as partitioning, flooring or a mezzanine. We’re happy to do as much or as little as you need. See our office interiors and warehouse solutions services.

Are you accredited?

Yes. We hold CHAS and SafeContractor accreditation and are registered with Constructionline, and we’ve carried out work for major organisations including Amazon and DHL.

What areas do you cover?

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size and scope, but we’ll give you a realistic timescale with your quote and keep you updated as the work progresses.

Do mezzanine floors need building regulations approval?

Most do, and fire protection is usually a key consideration, particularly on larger floors or where offices sit above. We’ll guide you through what’s needed as part of the project. Read more about mezzanine flooring.

Can you look after our building once the work is finished?

Yes. Alongside fit-outs we provide ongoing maintenance, including building works, fixed-wire testing, security fencing and joinery repairs. See our maintenance services.
