01| PROJECT BACKGROUND
MQP (Midlands Quarry Products) approached Company Image with an invitation to tender for a refurbishment project at their sales office located on Whitwick Road, Leicestershire.
Following the submission of a successful tender offer, the project was awarded to Company Image and began in 2025. The project involved modernizing the existing suite over several phases to suit the needs of the organization. Phase 1 works completed swiftly, opening up the existing space to encourage collaboration throughout the business.
Completed on schedule and to budget, this then led to phase 2 which incorporated additional work with development of an additional office suite, the contracts office.
Located within the same site, the latter was completed during the first quarter of 2026; further consolidated the relationship between both Company Image and MQP.

02| BEFORE & AFTER
The existing sales and contracts suites required internal modernization and needed a complete overhaul of the interior. The décor, furnishings and storage had become dated, impractical, and inefficient for the needs of the organization.
Company Image improved the overall balance and functionality of the space to ensure the long-term prosperity of our client.
03| CICI SOLUTION
Refurbishment of the site involved the installation of new solid partitioning and glass screens, New HD carpet tiles and ceiling tiles. Sourcing and installation of new storage and furniture solutions throughout. The client also requested acoustic ceiling panels and bespoke vinyl feature graphics throughout.

Our auto-cad engineer will draw up a plan with the agreed layout. Once tailored fixtures and furniture have been selected, we’ll provide you with a 360º visual walk through.
