Project Background

Hillrom, a leading provider of medical technologies for the health care industry, needed their WC facilities upgrading at their base in Ashby de la Zouch. The WCs that they had in place were dull, uninspiring and as they were being used by both visitors and staff, they wanted a more inviting and modern space.

We were involved at the early stages to offer our design expertise for this space, which included providing computer aided designs for Hillrom to visualise the finished project.

The premises had male, female, and disabled WCs on both ground floor and first floor areas. Prior to the installation the client said their current facilities were in need of a significant upgrade.

During this project we completely transformed the facilities:  removing and replacing the cubicles, flooring, floor tiles and LED mirrors and much more.  After the project completion, the high spec facilities now look brighter and more modern, creating an aesthetically pleasing and clean looking space for both visitors and staff.

We created and developed 3D rendered images to help the client visualise the overall re-design of the facilities. We were a single point of contact to coordinate this project from the design right through to the project completion.

As there were WC facilities on different floors of the premises, each area was completed in phases to ensure minimal disruption to their business operations. We completed the project on time and in budget.

Site Visit

On our visit we will assess your existing space. We take the time to listen and understand your specific needs, helping us to set a tailored brief.

Planning Stages

After taking measurements, we’ll agree a plan with you, zoning out each area. You’ll receive bespoke ideas with a focus on detail.

Concept Ideas

Our auto-cad engineer will draw up a plan with the agreed layout. Once tailored fixtures and furniture have been selected, we’ll provide you with a 360° visual walk through of your space.

Fit Out

Our in-house workers and extended family are fully qualified, complying with Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe transformation of your space. You’ll receive weekly updates from the initial strip out all the way to commercial cleaning. Our care and attention means you’ll be left with no dust on sills!

Client Handover

Our seamless handover ensures complete client satisfaction. We’ll provide an operations manual and full project file to equip you, as well as delivering on-going help and advice.
