Mocha Marketing were moving offices, so needed to introduce a glass partitioning to divide the space, along with installing new flooring.

Project Parameters

  • Flooring needed to be laid in a short space of time before the client moved in
  • Needed to be complete with minimal disruption, out of hours
  • Glass partition needed to be compliant with building regulations
  • The dividing glass wall was freestanding so required additional support

Before, the carpet was dull and didn’t match up to the rest of the office furniture. The office was open with no separate spaces.
We added a frameless glass partition, creating two other separate office spaces with doors, this created a modern looking environment within the barn conversation.

We laid down vinyl wood effect plank flooring, which suited the glass partitioning. The flooring was modern, easy to clean, and tied in with their current office furniture.   The glass partition divided the space sympathetically without closing it in.

Site Visit

On our visit we will assess your existing space. We take the time to listen and understand your specific needs, helping us to set a tailored brief.

Planning Stages

After taking measurements, we’ll agree a plan with you, zoning out each area. You’ll receive bespoke ideas with a focus on detail.

Concept Ideas

Our auto-cad engineer will draw up a plan with the agreed layout. Once tailored fixtures and furniture have been selected, we’ll provide you with a 360° visual walk through of your space.

Fit Out

Our in-house workers and extended family are fully qualified, complying with Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe transformation of your space. You’ll receive weekly updates from the initial strip out all the way to commercial cleaning. Our care and attention means you’ll be left with no dust on sills!

Client Handover

Our seamless handover ensures complete client satisfaction. We’ll provide an operations manual and full project file to equip you, as well as delivering on-going help and advice.
