Thermaset, a privately-owned powder coatings manufacturer and supplier, were in a position where they needed to expand the business which came with the need to increase their current office space. This involved the transformation of a separate unit next to their current offices.

Project Parameters

  • In-depth survey carried out to check new space was usable, due to age of the building
  • Data points and comms cabinets needed
  • Installation at least busy times to cause minimum disruption
  • Project completion within 8 weeks
  • All new electrical works required

The chosen space was extremely outdated. The new unit needed to be brought into the 21st century and made fit for purpose.

On completion of the turnkey project, we had created a simple yet stylish look to the whole office space. We added modern touches, such as LED signage and a crisp, modern and contemporary feel to the building.

We created training rooms, a meeting room, offices and a reception. To update the whole area, we added new window blinds, contemporary office furniture, seating and storage. Due to the nature of the project, we also conducted a complete electrical re-fit and plumbing works.

We’ve needed to update our office space for a while, and with the expansion of our business, this was the right time for us to consider bringing in an expert team. Company Image have added a whole new dimension to our offices, and we are now considering rolling this out in our other building.

Site Visit

On our visit we will assess your existing space. We take the time to listen and understand your specific needs, helping us to set a tailored brief.

Planning Stages

After taking measurements, we’ll agree a plan with you, zoning out each area. You’ll receive bespoke ideas with a focus on detail.

Concept Ideas

Our auto-cad engineer will draw up a plan with the agreed layout. Once tailored fixtures and furniture have been selected, we’ll provide you with a 360° visual walk through of your space.

Fit Out

Our in-house workers and extended family are fully qualified, complying with Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe transformation of your space. You’ll receive weekly updates from the initial strip out all the way to commercial cleaning. Our care and attention means you’ll be left with no dust on sills!

Client Handover

Our seamless handover ensures complete client satisfaction. We’ll provide an operations manual and full project file to equip you, as well as delivering on-going help and advice.
