Project Background

Based at Donington Park, track day experience provider, BookaTrack.com had recently acquired the Midlands Caterham franchise and needed a showroom to display their cars. Essentially, the client needed a space to manage the whole experience including an office, a track day customer waiting area including visitor’s WC and a car showroom.

The building which needed to be transformed was an empty shell to begin with. This meant that all new services had to be installed, including a new mains distribution board, water supplies and drainage.

The end result saw separate spaces including a showroom, offices, WC, and canteen area.

Our Solution

In order to create a space suitable for both staff and customers, we introduced a glazed screen which gave an open feel to the area. The underside of the new mezzanine floor required fire rating to protect the floor above and we also installed fire rated partitioning to the front elevation of the offices. We added an insulation quilt above the suspended ceiling to help with energy consumption and to reduce noise transferring from the second floor.

Site Visit

On our visit we will assess your existing space. We take the time to listen and understand your specific needs, helping us to set a tailored brief.

Planning Stages

After taking measurements, we’ll agree a plan with you, zoning out each area. You’ll receive bespoke ideas with a focus on detail.

Concept Ideas

Our auto-cad engineer will draw up a plan with the agreed layout. Once tailored fixtures and furniture have been selected, we’ll provide you with a 360° visual walk through of your space.

Fit Out

Our in-house workers and extended family are fully qualified, complying with Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe transformation of your space. You’ll receive weekly updates from the initial strip out all the way to commercial cleaning. Our care and attention means you’ll be left with no dust on sills!

Client Handover

Our seamless handover ensures complete client satisfaction. We’ll provide an operations manual and full project file to equip you, as well as delivering on-going help and advice.
