Our client wanted to create a versatile environment for employees. The project was carried out from design through to completion and was a complete refit of the current space. The client stated the need for an informal working space along with a ‘break-out’ area. We also created 3D drawings, and a visual walk-through of the area, enabling them to visualise the end result more clearly.

Project Parameters

  • Project completion within 5 weeks
  • Need for a temporary space for use by employees whilst installation was carried out
  • Create separate ‘zones’ within the space
  • Manage delivery and access challenges due to site location

Before commencing the project, the current staff space was dull and uninspiring. The dated interior needed bringing into the 21st century.

Taking the brief into account, we created a new and vibrant area with various ‘zones’ to indicate separate sections such as a dining area, soft seating space, bespoke kitchen, and reading area. In terms of dĂ©cor, we incorporated the company values and ethos of the business, through positioning motivational words along the walls and windows.

In order to completely transform the space, we adapted the area to be more open and less segregated. We introduced bespoke slat screens to create partitions, without separating the individual areas completely. We also introduced feature lighting, flooring designed to suit the different zones and to add a touch of culture we created graphics with iconic Leicester landmarks to feature on the bespoke screens. The brand new facilities were unveiled with a grand opening event for staff.

Site Visit

On our visit we will assess your existing space. We take the time to listen and understand your specific needs, helping us to set a tailored brief.

Planning Stages

After taking measurements, we’ll agree a plan with you, zoning out each area. You’ll receive bespoke ideas with a focus on detail.

Concept Ideas

Our auto-cad engineer will draw up a plan with the agreed layout. Once tailored fixtures and furniture have been selected, we’ll provide you with a 360° visual walk through of your space.

Fit Out

Our in-house workers and extended family are fully qualified, complying with Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe transformation of your space. You’ll receive weekly updates from the initial strip out all the way to commercial cleaning. Our care and attention means you’ll be left with no dust on sills!

Client Handover

Our seamless handover ensures complete client satisfaction. We’ll provide an operations manual and full project file to equip you, as well as delivering on-going help and advice.
