Project Background

Roca are a global company specialising in bathroom design and furniture. Their UK office based in Coalville required a refurbish and upgrade to their current WC facilities across the ground floor, first floor and the warehouse. We were pleased to find out that this project came from a referral by an existing client.

Prior to installation the client described their current facilities as “dated and very basic.”

During this project we removed and replaced facilities with new full height cubicles, vanity units, duct panels and ceramic floor tiles.

Our Solution

To create the new facilities, we incorporated Roca’s own products, which was a great opportunity to create a showcase for visitors, staff and clients. A focus area for Roca included a newly refurbished “vanity room”, which featured their highest spec range. We worked closely with Roca to agree on the finishes and specifications, taking the time to ensure they were satisfied. Each area was completed in sequence to ensure employees had access to facilities at all times, with minimal disruption to their business operations. We completed the project on time and in budget, leaving the client very happy.

Site Visit

On our visit we will assess your existing space. We take the time to listen and understand your specific needs, helping us to set a tailored brief.

Planning Stages

After taking measurements, we’ll agree a plan with you, zoning out each area. You’ll receive bespoke ideas with a focus on detail.

Concept Ideas

Our auto-cad engineer will draw up a plan with the agreed layout. Once tailored fixtures and furniture have been selected, we’ll provide you with a 360° visual walk through of your space.

Fit Out

Our in-house workers and extended family are fully qualified, complying with Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe transformation of your space. You’ll receive weekly updates from the initial strip out all the way to commercial cleaning. Our care and attention means you’ll be left with no dust on sills!

Client Handover

05

Our seamless handover ensures complete client satisfaction. We’ll provide an operations manual and full project file to equip you, as well as delivering on-going help and advice.
